At SpellStrong, every session is individualized to meet the unique strengths and needs of each student. We use engaging, age-respectful lessons that encourage critical thinking while supporting the development of motor control, attention, and communication.
Our goal is not simply to teach spelling—it is to help students develop a dependable pathway for sharing their own thoughts, feelings, knowledge, and experiences.
We also believe that families are an essential part of the communication journey. We strive to build trusting partnerships with parents and caregivers by offering encouragement, education, and support every step of the way. Celebrating progress—both big and small—is at the heart of what we do.
In-Person Session
An in-person S2C session will focus on building the motor skills needed to use a letterboard for purposeful expressive communication. Much of the session time will be spent on direct practice with the practitioner but will also allow time for training and education with caregivers.

Virtual Session
Virtual sessions are great for those that live far away or simply need the convenience of attending sessions from home. We will focus on all the same skill-building activities as an in-person session but a home-based communication partner will be implementing them.

Group Session
All of the skill-building activities of an individual session, but with friends! A group can be from 2 to 4 participants.
